Buying an iPhone from out side the US

If you just can’t wait any longer to lay your hands on the greatest mobile phone ever created, yet it’s not available in your country. You can still buy one, if you:
- are willing to sacrifice the phone features (for a while)
- have a credit card
- have a relative or friend who lives in the US, and willing to do you the favor to ship a small package to you
- have the patience to wait about a month, depends on where you live
here’s what you do:
- order an iPhone from apple.com
- have it shipped to your relative / friend
- pay with your own credit card, and don’t worry about billing address being different from your shipping address
- let your relative / friend to ship it to you
- activate it on your own
due to limited availability on apple.com, you might need to wait for 2-4 weeks for shipping and delivery within the US, and another week or so for international shipment.
